We believe that dance is an experience to be shared by all. It's never too late to dance and our adult classes are a great way to keep fit and improve posture and flexibility in a social atmosphere. Our adult styles offers individuals a broad spectrum of dance opportunities. Whether you are an adult new to dance, returning to dance, or looking to maintain your chosen craft, STSDS offers classes geared for you. All levels are catered for from beginners to advanced. For beginners, classes are a fun way to get fit whilst gaining experience. For experienced dancers, classes are more advanced and challenging. Please find descriptions of the classes below to help you decide which is the right one for you. Our Open Group Classes run all weeks whether there are 3, 4, or 5 weeks in a month, class fees remains the same price (including Holidays).


ZUMBA® FITNESSAre you ready to get yourself into shape? Our ZUMBA® classes offer an exhilarating, easy-to-follow, latin inspired dance & fitness workout suitable for all levels. Dance away your worries in this fun and easy to do class. ZUMBA is not only great for the body, but it is also great for the mind. It is a ‘feel happy’ workout. ZUMBA is very infectious and is definitely the latest, most exciting fitness sensation! A fun way to workout, lose weight or just become a healthier new you – you’ll love the results. Zumba open classes are for adults aged 13+. Beginners are welcome!

PILOXING® SSPPiloxing is an exciting fitness program that blends the best of Pilates, Boxing and Dance into a high-energy interval workout. Piloxing incorporates formats such as interval and barefoot training to burn maximum calories and increase stamina. Barefoot training is the preferred option over wearing conventional footwear as it is important to strengthen your feet as a necessary foundation and support for the skeletal structure, muscle function and quality of movement. Piloxing uniquely blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of Pilates, which combines to provide a muscle-toning workout.

POUND®Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.


PROGRESSING BALLET TECHNIQUEProgressing Ballet Technique is a collaboration of Pilates and floor barre exercises done on an exercise ball which has been proven to be an excellent way to support ballet technique. The ball is an instant source of feedback to help any dancer at any level.

DANCE CONDITIONINGThis fitness-based class conditions dancers by encompassing a series of toning, stretching and cardio exercises to increase muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and balance in all styles of dance. Students are trained to become strong, controlled and confident dancers, enabling them to execute more advanced movements. This is an excellent class to take in addition to other dance classes, as it helps reinforce technique and improve abilities.

Find us right off the next street exit after BP Specialist when heading towards Damansara Utama. We are located at the same row as Grace Piano on your right upon exiting. The studio is easily accessible by public transportation and private vehicles.
