Belly Dance
If you have never danced before or tried Belly Dance, this is your class. You will learn the basic skills that prepare you to move ahead with more complex combinations. As an exercise form, belly dance works every muscle in your body and is extremely healthful, energizing and is a great tool for toning your body and losing weight. Our classes are ideal for women who seek fun, fitness and camaraderie. Be exposed to lots of great Middle Eastern music, and at the same time introduced to the fundamental posture, isolations, basic steps, shimmies, and accents of bellydance. You will learn new techniques and new moves on a regular basis that will enhance your dancing skills and gain a better understanding of the music, body co-ordination and step variation.

Who is it for?
● Anyone looking for a committed dance program
● Anyone keen to learn (or improve) foundation, technique, and vocabulary
● No pior experience required
● Adults - Ages 18 years and up
● Teens - Ages 13 years and up with proven experience

Fees
Classes meet ONCE A WEEK and ALL WEEKS. No matter how many classes occur in one month, fees will remain the same every month for convenience purposes whether it is a short or long month. Lessons are not prorated for missed classes, all dancers are welcome to make-up missed classes at their convenience. Monthly Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be paid in full.
