Dress Code by Discipline
Ballet & Modern
- Elegantly fitted attire is essential, such as a leotard with tights or a fitted top paired with leggings
- Hair must be neatly secured in a classical bun.
- Bring a water bottle, a small towel, and a change of clothing
- Jewellery should be kept minimal (only where necessary), and makeup should remain light and natural
- Full ballet attire—including leotard, tights, and ballet shoes will be required by the second month
Contemporary
- Attire should be comfortably fitted, allowing freedom of expression without excess fabric
- Sports bras or shorts worn alone are not permitted. Classes may be taken barefoot, in socks, or with foot undeez
- Knee pads are recommended for added support
- Jewellery should be kept minimal (only where necessary), and makeup should remain light and natural
- Full ballet attire—including leotard, tights, and ballet shoes will be required by the second month
Heels
- Attire should reflect both confidence and control, while remaining comfortable and secure
- Low heels or non-platform styles are preferred to ensure stability and technique

Street Dance
- Relaxed, non-restrictive streetwear is encouraged, allowing for dynamic movement

Conditioning
- Streamlined, stretchable activewear is recommended to support full range of motion
- Students may bring their own yoga mat or use one provided by the studio.

Zumba
- Breathable activewear paired with supportive sports shoes is ideal
