Ms Alice Yap is the Founder, Principal, and Director of Sole to Soul Dance Studio. A certified ARAD Registered Teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance and an Affiliate Teacher with The Royal Ballet School (UK), she has dedicated her career to shaping dancers with discipline, artistry, and purpose. With a deep commitment to both technical excellence and artistic development, Ms Alice has built a training environment that nurtures not just skilled dancers, but expressive and grounded individuals. Her vision continues to guide the studio and The Elite Company, where she mentors dancers to perform with intention, integrity, and soul.
 Emerson Soo
Emerson is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Sole to Soul Dance Studio, bringing over 20 years of experience in business, finance, and organisational leadership. With a strong background across both public and private sectors, he specialises in building systems, developing teams, and driving long-term growth. At STS, he oversees strategic direction and leads The Elite Company as Program Director, shaping a structured pathway that supports both artistic and professional development.
 Amanda Tay
Amanda brings an instinctive and expressive quality to her teaching, blending her foundation in classical ballet and modern dance with a style that feels natural and unrestrained. Her classes encourage dancers to move beyond structure while still honouring technique, creating a space where individuality and musicality can grow. She works closely with beginner to intermediate adults, helping them build confidence, control, and a deeper connection to movement.
 Andy Nazrin
Andy is one of the industry’s most accomplished and respected hip hop trainers and choreographers, known for his depth of experience and influential presence in the dance community. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for developing dancers, he challenges students to refine both their technique and performance quality. Through his hip hop and choreography classes at STS, Andy empowers dancers to build confidence, unlock their potential, and grow into stronger, more versatile performers.
 Aniqquee
Aniqquee is a seasoned choreographer and performer with a strong presence on the international street dance stage. As a member of Zeppo Youngsterz, he has earned championship titles at Summer Jam Vietnam 2023 and AADC International 2022, alongside top placements across Asia. Beyond competition, he has choreographed for major performances including the ASEAN Summit and notable Malaysian artists. As Director and Choreographer of SYNNiTY, he continues to shape high-level performers while mentoring Elite Company dancers with a focus on performance quality, precision, and stage impact.

 Chio Shu Hui
Shu Hui is deeply embedded in the K-pop dance scene, actively teaching, performing, and competing across regional platforms.

 Ezry Ibrahim
Ezry began his dance journey at STS and has grown into one of the studio’s most dedicated and long-serving instructors. Grace is a thoughtful and detail-oriented instructor who emphasises clarity and progression in her teaching. Her classes are structured yet welcoming, allowing dancers to learn at a comfortable pace while steadily improving. With her warm and engaging presence, she creates an environment where students feel both challenged and at ease.
 Ice Chiew
Ice is a vibrant and expressive dancer who brings energy and confidence into every class she teaches. With a strong stage presence, she encourages students to explore their individuality and perform with intention. Her sessions are uplifting and empowering, helping dancers grow both technically and artistically.
 Jeamie Lee
Jeamie has been a key figure in promoting salsa in Malaysia since 2003. Her teaching balances technical clarity with creativity and enjoyment, making her classes both structured and lively. She works with dancers of all levels and is especially experienced in guiding wedding couples to perform with confidence and style.
 Jonathan Loo
Jonathan’s dance journey has taken him across international stages, both as a competitor and performer. With years of experience, he brings depth and versatility into his teaching, working with dancers of all levels. He continues to choreograph and compete actively, sharing real-world insights and evolving techniques with his students.
 Karol Ng
Karol is a certified Zumba® instructor and member of the Zumba Instructor Network. Known for her calm and easygoing nature, she creates a stress-free environment where students can enjoy movement and fitness. Her classes focus on energy, rhythm, and making dance accessible to everyone.
 Kenneth Tan
Kenneth combines strong foundational training with a progressive teaching style that challenges dancers to grow. Lingzy is a respected figure in the street dance community with over a decade of experience as a dancer, instructor, and judge. Siew Wei is an RAD Registered Teacher with a BA (Hons) in Sports & Exercise Science. Her teaching integrates classical ballet with principles of physical conditioning, emphasising body awareness, musicality, and injury prevention. With both academic and performance achievements, she provides a well-rounded and informed approach to training.

Luke has over a decade of experience teaching hip hop across studios, schools, and institutions.
Passionate about foundations and groove, he focuses on helping students understand the essence of the style. He continues to compete actively, ensuring his teaching remains relevant and grounded in the culture.
 Naomi Teo
Naomi has interest in various dance styles including Modern and Ballet. She also has knowledge in Sports and Exercise Science. With improvisation and relevant trainings, she creates unique and fun classes for her students. Naommi currently holds a Teaching registration certificate from Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing and currently teaches graded modern classes at STS where she focuses on modern technique & foundation.

Pauline is a versatile performer and dance educator with over 14 years of teaching and coaching experience. Having trained, competed, and performed extensively throughout her career, she brings a wealth of industry knowledge into every class.
