Intro Offer
If you’ve never danced with Sole To Soul Dance Studio before, take our Single Trial offer. Find your favourite style, learn from a range of teachers 5x Classes Trial offer! Our more popular classes can fill up very quickly. To ensure you don't miss out we recommend you register your class in advance to secure your spot. Please visit the weekly schedule to view and select which classes you/your child will be taking. Before you register for a class, please consider our Fees & Packages. We encourage you to contact us directly if you have any questions regarding registration.

Single Trial For RM 30
  • First-timers can register for 1 trial for each class
  • Additional trials to the same class will be charged as drop-in

5x Class Trials For RM 120
  • First-timers can register for 1 trial for each class
  • Additional trials to the same class will be charged as drop-in
  • All clasess must be claimed within 14 days from the first class
  • First-timers can register for 1 trial for each class

Registration Fee
  • A one-time Registration Fee is charged to all new enrolees during registration
  • The Registration Fee is non-refundable & non-transferable

Deposit Fee
  • A one-time Deposit Fee is charged to all new enrolees during registration
  • Deposit Fee will be returned in full upon a ONE (1) MONTH prior notice of your last class
  • Unclaimed Deposit Fee, over THREE (3) MONTHS from the last class become part of the studio's funds by default

Monthly Fee
  • Monthly Fee must be paid in full
  • Classes on the Monthly Fee can only be used by the pass holder
  • Monthly Fee cannot be paused, held, or frozen
  • There are no extensions or roll-over classes from month to month
  • There are no pro-rated refunds for unused classes
  • All RAD and ISTD class monhtly fees must be paid in full, no exceptions

Drop In Fee
  • Drop In is ideal if you are unable to commit to a fixed schedule
  • Registration Fees and Deposits are not required for drop-in students
  • Drop In Fee is non-refundable & non-transferable

Exam Fees
  • Exam Fee must be paid in full
  • Exam Fee is non-refundable & non-transferable

Term Fee
  • Term Fee is not applicable or in conjunction with other discounts, vouchers or loyalty programs
  • Term Fee is ideal for students who are able to commit to a fixed schedule for three (3) consecutive months (1 term = 3 months)
  • Term Fee is non-refundable & non-transferable

Late Payment
  • Payments received after the 15th day of the month may subject to "Late Payment Charges" of RM 5 for each class when applicable
  • Studio reserves the right to discontinue the student’s classes for non-payment of fees where necessary

Missed Classes & Replacements
  • We cannot issue a refund for missed classes
  • Student is allowed to replace a missed class if multiple classes of the same category is offered
  • There are no roll-over Replacement Classes into any future months

Rentals
  • All the lesson packages are valid for 2 months from the first lesson.
  • ALL BOOKINGS must be made at least 3 days before your anticipated lesson
  • We recommend placing bookings less than 24-hours before class directly with our customer service "WhatsApp"
  • Full payment of the total quoted amount becomes due immediately once the booking is formally accepted
  • Package lessons should meet on the same day/time each week
  • Cancellations & Reschedulling must be done at least 12 hours in advance, otherwise forfeited
  • No refunds or credits for late cancellations or no shows
  • If Sole To Soul Dance Studio cancels a class for any reason a make-up class will be offered
