Registration Policies
Congratulations! After attending a few classes, you’re now ready to commit and continue your training with us. Our monthly fees are based on the calendar month, running from the 1st to the last day of each month (30th, 31st, or 28th/29th for February). Classes are held once a week, every week within that month. If a month happens to have 5 weeks, you’ll enjoy 5 classes at no additional cost. To get the most out of your package, we recommend enrolling at the beginning of the month. However, if you’re joining mid-month, you can choose from the following options:
Our Recommendations
- (Recommended) Start with a full monthly or term package from the 1st of the month. Any classes you missed earlier in the month can be made up using replacement passes, so you won’t lose out on your training.
- Join using the drop-in rate for the remaining weeks of the current month, then transition into a full monthly package in the following month (Please note that Drop-in option is subject to availavility)
New Student Registration (RM 50)
- A one-Time Registration Fee will be required with all new enrolments and are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Single-Class Pass purchase do not require registration
Monhtly Fees

Attendance
- Classes are conducted once a week throughout the calendar month
- If a month contains five (5) class sessions, students will receive all five classes
Replacement Classes
- In the event that a class falls on a public holiday, or if a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, a Replacement Pass will be issued
- This pass may be utilised for attendance in an alternative class within the same calendar month, subject to the appropriate level, age group, and class availability
- The Replacement Pass is strictly non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash
- The Replacement Pass cannot be carried forward (or deferred) to the next month
- We cannot issue a refund for missed classes

- No food, drinks (except water), or gum in the studio
- Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings
Deposit Policy (Prior May 1, 2026)

- The deposit will be refunded in full upon receipt of a minimum of one (1) month’s prior written notice before the student’s final class
