Policies
Fee Policies
Registration Fee
- A one-time Registration Fee is charged to all new enrolees during registration
- The Registration Fee is non-refundable & non-transferable
Deposit Fee
- A one-time Deposit Fee is charged to all new enrolees during registration
- Deposit Fee will be returned in full upon a ONE (1) MONTH prior notice of your last class
- Unclaimed Deposit Fee, over THREE (3) MONTHS from the last class become part of the studio's funds by default
Monthly Fee
- Monthly Fee must be paid in full
- Classes on the Monthly Fee can only be used by the pass holder
- Monthly Fee cannot be paused, held, or frozen
- There are no extensions or roll-over classes from month to month
- There are no pro-rated refunds for unused classes
Drop In Fee
- Drop In is ideal if you are unable to commit to a fixed schedule
- Registration Fees and Deposits are not required for drop-in students
- Drop In Fee is non-refundable & non-transferable
Exam Fees
- Exam Fee must be paid in full
- Exam Fee is non-refundable & non-transferable
Term Fee
- Term Fee is not applicable or in conjunction with other discounts, vouchers or loyalty programs
- Term Fee is ideal for students who are able to commit to a fixed schedule for three (3) consecutive months (1 term = 3 months)
- Term Fee is non-refundable & non-transferable
Late Payment
- Payments received after the 15th day of the month may subject to "Late Payment Charges" of RM 5 for each class when applicable
- Studio reserves the right to discontinue the student’s classes for non-payment of fees where necessary
Missed Classes & Replacements
- We cannot issue a refund for missed classes
- Student is allowed to replace a missed class if multiple classes of the same category is offered
- There are no roll-over Replacement Classes into any future months
