Established in 2010, the Sole To Soul Dance Company (more commonly known as “SDC”) Training Program comprises the studio’s most elite, competitive, confident, artistic, and versatile dancers—selected strictly for their competence and dedication to the art of dance. These dancers demonstrate exceptional technique, focus, commitment, and knowledge.
Our dancers possess a wealth of experience, having studied and performed in styles such as ballet, hip-hop, freestyle, commercial, and many others. SDC is primarily for aspiring dancers aged 8 and up who want to elevate their performance to a professional level and contribute to a company that sets a high standard of excellence in dance.
The curriculum consists of Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced programs, each tailored to meet the specific needs and skill levels of individual dancers.

SBC Ballet
Our Ballet Elite team is comprised of our most elite ballet dancers at Sole To Soul Dance Studio in terms of technique, focus, dedication, and knowledge. The program provides a comprehensive training curriculum for serious students in a variety of street dance techniques to create a confident, artistic, and versatile dancer. Auditions are required for anyone considering training with the company. Please fill in the Application Form in the link below to schedule an appointment.
Development Team
The development team is specifically designed for beginner level dancers that are eager to train, compete and build towards an elite competitive level. Development team dancers will have opportunities to perform and compete on stage as well in order to foster the experience needed for stage. This is a yearly program, after which you may be eligible to move up to the Performance Team, pending a successful audition. It is a great starting point for those looking to learn to dance or are interested in developing their abilities. Dancers are hand-picked through audition process.
Admission Policy
- Admission into the SBC Ballet Company Program is by audition only
- Applicants must be aged 8 onwards and have at least 3 years of ballet training
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate the minimum required vocabulary
- Applicants must be an active student at sts and attending 2 regular ballet class per week
- Applicants must be driven to in solo/crew competitions and performances
- Applicants must be eager to train and build towards an elite level
- Applicants, after confirmation of acceptance into the program, must read and certify that they have read a copy of the company’s enrollment and registration agreement.
Commitments

- Attend 2 hours ballet training class once a week, FIXED 4-weeks per month
- Attend 1 hour of jazz training class once a week
- Attend 1 hour of conditiong class once a week

- 3-months probation (upon acceptance)
- 1-year full-contract (with the option to extend)

Our Elite team is comprised of our most elite dancers at Sole To Soul Dance Studio in terms of technique, focus, dedication, and knowledge. Our all girls training team is comprised of the most talented female dancers in studio. Our dancers will join a sisterhood of amazing dancers and will partake in a curriculum dedicated to teaching Hip-hop and Street Jazz-influenced movements, while building confidence, and social skills. Our Kpop training program is structured to develop strong dance foundations, performance skills and stage presence in trainees who are looking to pursue their dreams in the entertainment industry, to participate in K-idol auditions and exposures in crew competitions and performances. Performance Team
Our performance team training is catered to intermediate/advanced level dancers training at an advanced level. Development team dancers may be offered a place on the team, pending a successful audition. The program provides a comprehensive training curriculum for serious students in a variety of street dance techniques to create a confident, artistic, and versatile dancer. This team is designed to offer opportunities to dancers who either want to pursue dance as a career or experience elite level training and competition within Malaysia and internationally. Dancers are hand-picked through audition process.
