Ballet Elite
The Ballet Elite Team represents the highest level of ballet training at Sole To Soul Dance Studio. This program is designed for dancers who demonstrate exceptional technical ability, strong discipline, artistic maturity, and a deep commitment to their craft. Dancers in the Ballet Elite program undergo a comprehensive and structured training curriculum, with a strong emphasis on classical ballet technique, strength, flexibility, musicality, performance quality, and ballet theory. Our goal is to nurture confident, expressive, and well-rounded dancers who are prepared for advanced examinations, competitions, performances, and potential professional pathways. Beyond technical training, Ballet Elite dancers are guided to develop focus, resilience, professionalism, and artistic awareness, essential qualities for success both on and off the stage. The program encourages a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a passion for continual growth.

Requirements
- Applicants must be aged 6-18 years old
- Applicants must be active student of STSDS
- Passionate about performing and enjoy stage performances, competitions, showcases, and special projects
- Willing to commit to additional training and rehearsals hour
- Keen to deepen their knowledge of ballet, including technique, repertoire, variations, and artistry
- Enjoy performing on stage and take pride in representing the studio
- Highly motivated to improve, challenge themselves, and strive for excellence
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of STSDS team
- Interested in experiencing the audition process and gain audition exposure

Auditions
STEP 1 : Online Registration
- Register by completing the form via google form
- To Register, kindly complete the registration form: Link
- Registration Fee: RM 50.00 (Non-refundable in the event of absence or if the dancer is not selected)
STEP 2: Solo Dance Routine
- Prepare a solo dance routine in any dance style: (Ballet / Contemporary / Modern Jazz)
- Solo dance routine duration MUST BE 1 to 1.5 minutes
- Dancers must prepare and bring their own music suitable for the routine
- This session is mandatory, through solo performance we are able to assess dancer's technical foundation, musicality, confidence, creativity and stage presence
STEP 3 : Guided Audition Class Focusing On:
- Ballet technique & fundamentals
- Contemporary creative work
- Posture, alignment & turnout
- Strength, flexibility & coordination
- Musicality, focus & learning ability
- Attitude, discipline & coachability
STEP 4 : AUDITION DAY Preparations
- Strength & Flexibility Class - Leotard, Belt, Tights with hole
- Classical Ballet Class - Leotard, Belt, Tights with holes, Soft Ballet Shoes
- Contemporary Class - Leotard, Tights with holes, Short Black pants / Short Bicycle Pants, Any colour socks
- Solo Dance Routine - Any atire that suits your dance style
- Hair neatly tied up in bun throughout the audition
STEP 5: (If Selected) Face-to-Face Interview
- A meeting will be scheduled at a mutually convenient date and time for all selected dancers and their parents
- A face -to- face interview with both dancers and parents is an essential part of the Elite Team selection process. It allows us to ensure that expectations, commitment, and goals are clearly aligned before a dancer officially joins the team. This allow dancers thrive in a high performance environment with all the support and care
SELECTION ANNOUNCEMENT
- Audition results will be announced (1) One Week after the audition
- Successful candidates will be notified via
