Teens Elite - SYNNITY Collab
The Elite Street Dance Training Program is a 1-year intensive pathway for teenage dancers ready to train at the highest level. Developed by Sole To Soul Dance Studio in collaboration with SYNNiTY Dance Crew, this program prepares dancers for competitive and professional performance environments. Dancers receive structured training in street dance with strong emphasis on hip hop foundations, musicality, precision, teamwork, creativity, and performance quality. Beyond technique, the program builds discipline, confidence, resilience, and a professional mindset. All successful graduates will be inducted into SYNNiTY Dance Crew, performing and competing in local and international platforms.
Aniqquee is an experienced street dance choreographer and performer with strong international competition and stage credentials. As a member of Zeppo Youngsterz, he is a Champion of Summer Jam Vietnam 2023 and AADC International 2022, with top placements at Body Rock Asia (Philippines) and Super24 Singapore. He has choreographed and directed performances for Asad Motawh, YonnyBoi (AJL), and the ASEAN Summit with Dato’ M. Nasir, and currently serves as Director and Choreographer of SYNNiTY, leading the team to become MDC 2025 Champions.

SYNNiTY is a youth dance team consisting of dancers aged 10 to 17 years old, formed with the vision of nurturing disciplined, high-level young performers in the street dance scene. The team focuses on competitive dance training, preparing its members for major local competitions as well as international platforms. SYNNiTY emphasizes strong foundations in hip hop culture, musicality, teamwork, discipline, and performance quality, aiming to develop not just skilled dancers, but confident and resilient youth who can represent Malaysia with pride.

Fees
- Audition Fee: RM 50
- Fee Per Semester: RM 900

Requirements
- Applicants must be aged 8-16 years old
- Passionate about performing and enjoy stage performances, competitions, showcases, and special projects
- Willing to commit to additional training and rehearsals hour
- Enjoy performing on stage and take pride in representing the studio
- Highly motivated to improve, challenge themselves, and strive for excellence
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of STSDS team
- Interested in experiencing the audition process and gain audition exposure

Auditions
STEP 1 : Online Registration
- Register by completing the form via google form

STEP 2: Self-Tape Solo Dance Submission
- Prepare a self-tape solo dance routine in any dance style to emerson@soletosouldance.com
- Solo dance routine duration MUST BE 1 to 1.5 minutes
- You must perform in a safe area that allows you the appropriate space to move
- You must perform in a well-lit space with a clean white background, wearing solid colors that contrast with the background
- Your camera is set to the landscape orientation, not portrait
- You use the front facing camera of the recording device. No selfies
- You must upload your audition tapes within 7 days of your submission
STEP 3 : (If Selected) Face-to-Face Interview
- A meeting will be scheduled at a mutually convenient date and time for all selected dancers and their parents
- A face -to- face interview with both dancers and parents is an essential part of the Elite Team selection process. It allows us to ensure that expectations, commitment, and goals are clearly aligned before a dancer officially joins the team. This allow dancers thrive in a high performance environment with all the support and care
